I have recently photographed a new extra-care retirement facility in Abergele. Hafod y Parc is now open and I’m sure there’ll be great demand for the one and two bedroom apartments. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and restaurant, games and hobbies rooms, a hairdressing salon and pamper bathroom, just to mention a few of the facilities. This is a high quality build and a very attractive design.
